Donations

Donations made to Shishu Welfare Trust of India through the online payment gateway are voluntary and non-refundable.

Requests for refunds or cancellations of donations will not be entertained once the transaction has been successfully completed.

No cash refunds or transfers of donated funds will be permitted under any circumstances.

Credit Card Details

You agree, understand, and confirm that the credit card details provided by you for making a donation to Shishu Welfare Trust of India are accurate and lawfully owned by you. You agree to use only your own credit card or a card that you are legally authorized to use.

You further undertake to provide valid and correct credit card information while making a donation.

Shishu Welfare Trust of India shall not be liable for any credit card fraud. The responsibility for any fraudulent use of a credit card rests solely with the user, and the burden of proving otherwise shall lie exclusively with the user.
